We're looking for performance-driven individuals with excellent communication skills, a “Happy to help” mindset, and the ability to lead others toward achieving personal and professional goals!
What We Offer:
Flexible Scheduling: ( We operate 7 days a week)
Full-time - 4-5 Shifts per week ( 6-9 hour shifts)
Part-time- 3 Shifts per week ( still 6-9 hour shifts)(Weekends Only)
Immediate start dates & paid training
Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus)
Total Average Earnings: $23-$27 an hour on average
(17hr w/o tips or bonuses)
Performance Bonus: Our bonus is better known as “Profit Share” Meaning, you make a percentage from the jobs you complete. What better way to ensure you are both paid well, but also based on the level of effort you have put into each job

A typical day includes:
Embody the 4 H’s - Happy, Hungry, Hard-working and helpful
The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection and a morning meeting.
Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team

What you bring to the company:
You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
Possess a valid CA driver’s license (No CDL Required!)
Have a clean driving history for the past 7 years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success of our team
We have positions available immediately. We contact all qualified applicants within 2-4 business days for an interview. Successful candidates are offered employment within 24 hours of the interview and can start this or next week (or a future date if that’s more convenient).
