What You’ll Get:

• $25–$30+/hr average earnings (hourly pay + tips + performance bonuses)

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Start the day with a teammate and head out in one of our branded trucks
• Meet customers at homes and businesses across Silicon Valley
• Explain our service and provide clear, professional quotes
• Lift, load, and remove items safely (75+ lbs)
• Sort items for donation or recycling whenever possible
• Stay in contact with dispatch to keep routes efficient and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• 21+ years old (Commercial insurance requirement)
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record
• Comfortable with physical work and staying on your feet
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
• Positive, dependable team player
• Available to work at least one weekend shift
• Smartphone capable of downloading required apps
