- Average compensation of $29–$33 per hour, combining hourly wages, customer tips, and performance-based bonuses

- Operating a company truck while traveling to scheduled service appointments
- Greeting customers and assessing the items they want removed
- Preparing estimates and explaining the value of our services
- Using sales and communication skills to earn customers' business
- Loading and transporting furniture, appliances, and other unwanted belongings
- Performing repeated physical tasks, including lifting 75+ pounds
- Separating reusable and recyclable materials whenever possible
- Coordinating with the operations team to manage your daily workload
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment
- Minimum age of 21
- A current California driver's license
- A clean driving record for the last three years
- Physical ability to safely lift and transport heavy items throughout the workday
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
- Availability to work at least one weekend day each week
- A smartphone that supports required work applications
