Your work will involve:

Operating a company truck while traveling to scheduled service appointments
Greeting customers and assessing the items they want removed
Preparing estimates and explaining the value of our services
Using sales and communication skills to earn customers' business
Loading and transporting furniture, appliances, and other unwanted belongings
Performing repeated physical tasks, including lifting 75+ pounds
Separating reusable and recyclable materials whenever possible
Coordinating with the operations team to manage your daily workload
Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment

To qualify, you must have:

Minimum age of 21
A current California driver's license
A clean driving record for the last three years
Physical ability to safely lift and transport heavy items throughout the workday
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
Availability to work at least one weekend day each week
A smartphone that supports required work applications
