This isn't your typical driving or general labor job. You'll spend your day on the road with a teammate, helping customers, solving problems, providing estimates, and completing hands-on removal jobs throughout Silicon Valley. If you like staying busy, talking to people, and seeing the results of your work at the end of every shift, you could be a great addition to our crew.

What Happens on a Typical Shift?:

You'll team up with another crew member, get your route, and head out to appointments at homes and businesses.
Drive a company truck between scheduled customer stops
Talk with customers and understand what they need
Explain our service and provide upfront pricing
Deliver a positive customer experience from arrival through completion
Remove and load furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items
Safely handle items weighing 75+ lbs
Find opportunities to donate or recycle usable materials
Communicate with the operations team to keep the day moving efficiently

Requirements:

21 years of age or older
Licensed to drive in California with a clean 3-year driving history
Comfortable working an active, physical job
Confident communicating with different types of customers
Reliable and willing to learn
Available for at least one weekend day
Able to use a smartphone for required company apps
