Our Truck Team Members combine driving, customer service, sales, and hands-on work into one role. Each day brings different customers, locations, and challenges.

Your responsibilities include:
- Driving a company truck between customer locations
- Creating a friendly and professional experience for every customer
- Evaluating what needs to be removed and explaining service/pricing options
- Using your communication and sales skills to help customers make decisions
- Moving and loading furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items
- Handling items weighing 75+ lbs safely throughout the shift
- Identifying reusable items for donation or recycling
- Coordinating with our operations and dispatch team throughout the day
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid California driver's license
- Clean driving history for the previous 3 years
- Able to repeatedly lift and move 75+ lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Availability for at least one weekend day
- Smartphone capable of downloading required company apps
