- Talk with customers, explain services, and close jobs on-site
- Lift and haul items like furniture and appliances (75+ lbs)
- Sort items for donation and recycling
- Represent the company with a positive, professional attitude
- Coordinate with dispatch to stay organized throughout the day
- Are 21+ years old
- Have a valid CA driver’s license and clean driving history for the past 3 years
- Are comfortable talking with customers
- Enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work
- Are reliable and show up ready to work
- Can work at least one weekend day
- Have a working smartphone for company apps
