1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for motivated people ready to join a team where effort, attitude, and customer service matter. As a member of our Truck Team, you'll do much more than remove unwanted items. You'll build relationships with customers, provide estimates, help close jobs, work with a teammate, and take on new challenges throughout your route.

Job Tasks:

• Travel between appointments in a branded company truck
• Introduce yourself to customers and learn what they need help with
• Provide clear, upfront estimates for our service
• Use strong communication to turn appointments into completed jobs
• Safely remove and load furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items
• Perform physical work, including lifting 75+ lbs
• Set aside usable items for donation and recyclable materials when possible
• Communicate with your team and operations throughout the route

Must Haves:

• Be 21 years old or older
• Have a valid California driver's license
• Have a clean driving record for the previous 3 years
• Be able to safely lift and move 75+ lbs
• Enjoy interacting with customers
• Be reliable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Work at least one weekend day
• Have a smartphone capable of downloading company apps

People coming from customer service, sales, delivery driving, warehouse, retail, restaurants, moving, construction, landscaping, hospitality, and general labor are encouraged to apply.
