What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ride out with a teammate in a branded truck to serve customers around the community
• Provide clear estimates, walk customers through our service, and close deals on-site
• Safely lift, load, and haul away heavy items (up to 75 lbs)
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Stay connected with dispatch for smooth routing and updates

Who Thrives in This Role:

• Strong communicators who enjoy talking with people and selling value
• Self-motivated individuals who like to stay active instead of sitting still
• 21+ with a valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving record (3 years)
• Reliable team players with a positive attitude
• Available to work at least one weekend day
• Working smart phone that can download multiple apps
• Former experience in warehouse, operations, sales, and customer service are especially well-suited for this role.
