What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with a teammate in a branded company truck
• Travel to homes and businesses throughout the bayarea
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Work with a teammate to provide on-site estimates
• Remove unwanted items safely and efficiently
• Lift and carry items 75+ lbs throughout the day
• Divert materials for donation, recycling, or proper disposal
• Stay connected with dispatch to keep your route organized

What We’re Looking For:

• 21+ years old with a valid California driver’s license
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Comfortable with physical work and full shifts
• Strong communication skills and a helpful mindset
• Trainable and ready to go above and beyond for our customers
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to work at least one weekend day
• Smartphone capable of downloading required apps
