This role combines physical labor, driving, and on-site customer service. You’ll be the face of the brand. Working outdoors, interacting with customers, and closing jobs that directly impact your earnings.

Typical Day on the Job:

• Begin with a vehicle inspection and short morning meeting

• Head out in teams of two in company trucks to residential or commercial job sites

• Provide estimates and finalize job pricing on-site (The customer is aware they will be quoted on-site and we provide training)

• Load, sort, and dispose of materials through donations, recycling, or transfer stations

• Communicate with our operations team throughout the day

• Help customers and feel good about making a visible impact in your community

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are 21+ years old (Commercial insurance requirement)

• Have a valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years)

• Are physically able to lift and carry 75+ lbs repeatedly

• Communicate clearly and enjoy talking with customers

• Are dependable, hard-working, and upbeat

• Have prior experience in sales, customer service, or labor-intensive roles (preferred but not required)
• Available to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule (to keep it fair!)
