What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact with customers, offering friendly and professional service

• Provide pricing, explain services, and negotiate before starting the physical work

• Lift, load, and haul items (75 lbs+) alongside your teammate

• Sort materials for donation, recycling, and proper disposal

• Work outdoors, on the move, and never stuck in the same place

What We’re Looking For:

• 21+ years old

• Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 yrs

• A strong communicator who enjoys talking with people and closing deals

• Physically fit and able to lift 75lbs+ regularly

• Positive, professional attitude with reliability you can count on

• Weekend availability (Fri–Sun mandatory for part-time roles)

• A smartphone that can run multiple apps
