The Role Includes:

• Driving company vehicles to residential and commercial job sites (no CDL required)

• Providing upfront estimates and closing sales on-site

• Lifting and removing household items, furniture, and construction debris (50+ lbs)

• Communicating with customers and team members throughout the day

• Sorting and disposing of items through donation, recycling, or proper waste handling

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and sales ability

• Clean driving record and valid California driver’s license (must be 21+)

• Physically capable of consistent lifting and movement

• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional

• Comfortable using smartphone apps and digital tools

• Available to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule
