A typical day in the job: 

• Customer Service: Speak with clients, provide estimates, and deliver a great experience
• On the Move: Drive our company vehicles and help with on-site junk removal
• Eco-Minded: Sort and divert items for donation or recycling whenever possible
• Team Player: Work closely with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely
• Brand Pride: Represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? with professionalism and a positive attitude

Qualifications:

• 21 years or older with a valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving record (last 3 years)
• Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs or more throughout the shift
• Strong people skills—you’re confident and good at building rapport
• Reliable, driven, and eager to work hard
• Must be available for at least one weekend shift
• Own a smartphone that can support multiple work-related apps
