Schedule:

• Full-time - 4-5 Shifts per week (7-9 hour shifts)

Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus)

• Total Average Earnings:  $25-$30/hour 
• Performance Bonus: Our bonus is better known as “Daily Bonus” Meaning you make a percentage from the jobs you complete. What better way to ensure you are both paid well, but also based on the level of effort you have put into each job

A Typical Day:

• DRIVING: You will be responsible for driving our Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Truck to customer locations
• LIFTING & LOADING: remove unwanted items from our customer's property into our truck
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide the ultimate customer experience, always resulting in a smile.
• SALES & NEGOTIATION: Assess and quote customers on the removal of their unwanted items (We provide in-depth training)  and pricing sheets that the customer can view to easily understand our rate.
• RECYCLING & DONATION: Did you know that 1-800-GOT-JUNK? aims to be as environmentally responsible as possible, while being sure to follow local regulations. We do our best to keep items out of landfills by donating the donateables and recycling the recyclables as much as we can.
• TIME MANAGEMENT: Our business model aids in building your time-management skills; you manage your day like you are running your own business!

What you bring to the company:

• You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
• Possess a valid CA driver’s license (No CDL Required!)
• Have a clean driving history clean 3+ years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success of our team
