What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sales & Service: Build trust with customers, offer tailored solutions, and upsell premium junk removal services.
• Driving: Master driving one of our branded Isuzu trucks with comprehensive training.
• Eco-Friendly Practices: Identify items for donation or recycling to help us reduce waste and support communities.
• Marketing & Growth: Represent the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand, expand our reach, and grow your own skills.
• Safety & Activity: Lift and load items safely while staying active and having fun on the job.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Communicator: You’re confident, persuasive, and love making meaningful connections.
• Sales-Minded: You have a natural talent for upselling and negotiating deals.
• Physically Fit: Able to lift 75+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
• Team Player: Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability are a must.

 Requirements:

• 21+ years old with a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record (last 3 years).
• A smartphone capable of downloading and using multiple apps.
• Must work at least one weekend day.
• Great communication skills
• A great attitude, reliability, and goal-driven mindset
• Reliable transportation to get to our truck locations (Office &/or treasure island)
